2 bananas
2 whole eggs
2Β T crushed almonds
1Β t vanilla
1Β t cinnamon
1 scoop protein powder (any flavor)
Topping (optional):
1Β T peanut butter
2Β T sugar free syrupFor pancakes; In a medium bowl mash banana, still leaving some chunks. Add eggs & combine well. Add cinnamon, vanilla, almonds & protein powder, mix. Cook in a skillet, like a normal pancake (these take a little longer than normal pancakes, about 4-5 minutes each side or until golden brown).
For topping: melt peanut butter in microwave for 20 seconds or until smooth. Drizzle over pancakes. Drizzle syrup over pancakes as desired.
